It may be a little out of the way but we know you'll like what we have to offer such as: California Natural, Innova, Tiki, Felidae, Fromm, Canidae and much more for dogs and cats. This includes shampoos, brushes and flea and tick treatments for the DIY groomer. You'll also find various treats, bedding and toys.
We intend to begin FREE home delivery on orders over $25 to a selected local area. This will include any items on our site. Give us a buzz for more details.
Our bird food and treat products are exclusively from Hagen (for now) but we also have toys from Bell Plastics, TSI and Molly. We also have some nice parrot and finch cages from TSI.
Keep an eye on our site as well as our ads (print only) in the Galveston Daily News, Bay Area Citizen, Friendswood Journal and Eagle Point Press for a calendar of events. You can always call and see if we can make an appointment if you need something urgently.

Don't forget to check our News page for info on shows we'll be at. These will be few and far between due to gas prices (don't get me going on that) but we'll still make a few in the greater Houston area.
Orders are usually filled within 24 hours and we ship by USPS. We have found that the USPS is just as efficient as private competitors and will accept the odd sized packages which we usually ship. We will e-mail you separately with delivery info. If your item is out of stock we will contact you about that too and present you with your options. Sometimes we will substitute an item of equal value when orders overlap. When this occurs we will do our best to make the selection as close as possible to your original choice.
For your convenience, we accept credit cards through the Paypal service.
Payments can also be made by mail to the address below. Forward your completed order form by mail and your order will be sent upon receipt of your payment. I expect I will see more of these as the credit card companies will begin to retaliate for the government making them more consumer friendly.
Our return policy is.....well, we don't have one. Each situation is unique and we try to work it out individually. We have only had 3 returns in 10+ years which is why we haven't created a policy as yet. (I don't like the word "policy" anyway since I view it as just an excuse when you don't have a good reason.) It helps to have great products to offer!
