While our main focus is pet birds and cats, our tents, treats and cups are suitable for ferrets, dogs, reptiles, guinea pigs and more. Why, we've even had sales of our pet dishes for use by snake owners! Sandy Perches can also add a splash of color and, due to the manzanita core, warmth to your reptile's terrarium.
You'll see Bird Havens and Shoulder Aprons now on the navigation bar since we've made special pages for them. Havens are actually the bird version of tents and we have quite a colorful selection to choose from. The aprons are also colorful and functional for the bird lover. We've also added a page for Pet Bedding which includes lounge and thermal mats for dogs and cats, Carrying Pouches for small pets and Sleep Sacks, also for smaller pets.
Grandma Lucy's dog and cat treats offer a wide choice of flavors. These are healthy and nutritious freeze dried or baked items that your pet will enjoy and you will too knowing how good they are for them. Try some Mahi Mahi for your dog - our schnauzers really snarf them down. We also now have freeze - dried Sweet Potato treats that provide a high nutritional value with a great taste.
Molly's Bird Toys are handmade primarily for smaller birds to enjoy and will provide them with that mental and chewing exercise they all need. They are also good for those larger birds that are on the shy side.
Smart Crocks are still one of our main products which we have affordably priced. These innovative cups will be harder to find now that, it appears, the national retailer that carried them (at almost twice our price) no longer has them available.
Kitty Kaviar is still a favorite for cats so check it out. It's more than just a treat.
Don't forget to check our News page for info on shows we'll be at. These will be few and far between due to gas prices (don't get me going on that) but we'll still make a few in the greater Houston area.
Orders are usually filled within 24 hours and we ship by USPS. We have found that the USPS is just as efficient as private competitors and will accept the odd sized packages which we usually ship. We will e-mail you separately with delivery info. If your item is out of stock we will contact you about that too and present you with your options.
For your convenience, we accept credit cards through the Paypal service. Unlike the NSA, we respect your privacy. This system helps prevent identity theft as only Paypal sees your credit card info.
Payments can also be made by mail to the address below. Forward your completed order form by mail and your order will be sent upon receipt of your payment. I expect I will see more of these as the credit card companies will begin to retaliate for the government making them more consumer friendly.
Our return policy is.....well, we don't have one. Each situation is unique and we try to work it out individually. We have only had 3 returns in almost 10 years which is why we haven't created a policy as yet. (I don't like the word "policy" anyway since I view it as just an excuse when you don't have a good reason.) It helps to have great products to offer!
